How to Make a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint or raise a concern about any part of your care, please contact our Practice Manager, Brittany Halonka, who is responsible for handling all patient complaints.

Please provide as much detail as possible, including the date of your visit and the names of any staff members involved.
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it.
- A full investigation will be carried out by the Practice Manager and, where appropriate, the Principal Dentist.
- We aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know the reason and provide an updated timescale.
- Once our investigation is complete, we will explain our findings, any actions taken, and any changes we have made to prevent similar issues in the future.
